Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and
privately listen to the Work solely for personal, non-commercial use. This license confers no
ownership rights of any kind. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Work — including but not limited to copyright, publishing rights, master rights, and performance rights — remain exclusively and irrevocably owned by LIAM Ex and the respective rights holders.

  1. Prohibited Uses
    Without express prior written permission from LIAM Ex, the Purchaser is strictly prohibited from:
    • Uploading, transmitting, or making the Work available on any streaming platform, website, social media platform, torrent site, file-sharing service, public database, or digital distribution channel of any kind
    • Redistributing, reselling, sharing, lending, gifting, or transferring the Work in any format, in whole or in part
    • Using the Work for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to synchronization, advertising, promotion, or monetized content
    • Publicly performing, broadcasting, or exhibiting the Work in any setting, whether live, digital, or otherwise
    • Sampling, remixing, editing, altering, manipulating, interpolating, or creating any derivative works from the Work or any portion thereof
    • Incorporating any portion of the Work into film, television, video, advertisements, games, podcasts, social content, or any audiovisual media
    • Inputting, uploading, or using the Work in connection with any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, generative software, synthetic media system, or automated dataset of any kind
    • Minting, tokenizing, or distributing the Work through blockchain technology, NFT systems, or any decentralized digital ledger
    • Claiming ownership, authorship, or any creative credit for the Work, in whole or in part

  2. Artificial Intelligence Restrictions
    The Work is expressly prohibited from use in connection with artificial intelligence in any form.
    The Purchaser may not:
    • Upload or input the Work into any AI system, platform, or application
    • Use the Work for AI training, fine-tuning, or evaluation purposes
    • Allow the Work to be analyzed, reproduced, or replicated by generative technologies
    • Incorporate the Work into any dataset used to develop, train, or improve artificial
    intelligence technologies
    Any unauthorized AI-related use of the Work constitutes a material breach of this Agreement
    and will be subject to the full remedies set forth herein.

  1. Copyright Protection
    The Work is protected under the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention. All compositions,
    lyrics, vocal melodies, recordings, visual materials, branding elements, and associated creative assets embodied in or related to the Work constitute the exclusive intellectual property of LIAM Ex and respective collaborators, and are fully protected under applicable law.
    Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public performance, or creation of derivative works from the Work constitutes copyright infringement and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted
    by law.

  2. Enforcement and Remedies
    Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, transmission, public performance, or exploitation of the Work — or any portion thereof — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and an infringement of LIAM Ex’s intellectual property rights. LIAM Ex reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to:
    • Injunctive relief to immediately halt unauthorized use
    • Recovery of all actual damages and profits derived from unauthorized use
    • Statutory damages under 17 U.S.C. § 504, which in cases of willful infringement may
    reach up to $150,000 per work per infringement
    • Recovery of attorneys’ fees and all costs of litigation under 17 U.S.C. § 505
    • Any and all additional remedies available under applicable federal, state, and international law The Purchaser acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement will cause irreparable harm to LIAM Ex for which monetary damages alone may be insufficient, and that LIAM Ex shall therefore be entitled to seek equitable relief without the requirement of posting bond or other
    security.

    5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law
    principles. The Purchaser irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or
    related to this Agreement.

  1. Purchase Information and Data Retention
    By purchasing the Work, the Purchaser agrees to provide accurate and complete contact
    information, including:
    • Full legal name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    This information may be retained by LIAM Ex for purposes of purchase verification, customer
    communication, fraud prevention, and protection against unauthorized distribution. LIAM Ex
    reserves the right to use this information in connection with any enforcement action arising from
    breach of this Agreement.

  2. Indemnification
    The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LIAM Ex and all affiliated rights
    holders from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses
    — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising out of or related to the Purchaser’s breach of
    this Agreement or unauthorized use of the Work.

  3. Severability
    If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid,
    unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to
    make it enforceable, or severed from this Agreement if modification is not possible. The
    remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

  4. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between LIAM Ex and the Purchaser with respect to the Work and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings,
    representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
    This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by a written instrument signed by an authorized representative of LIAM Ex.

  5. Acceptance of Terms
    By completing this purchase, the Purchaser affirms that they have read, understood, and agree
    to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. This Agreement is effective upon the Purchaser’s completion of purchase and shall remain in effect indefinitely.
